The “Asesores U” program was created as an academic and logistical support strategy within the framework of the Global Meeting Business Matchmaking Forum, with the purpose of involving outstanding students from degree programs related to international trade in high-impact business events.
For this edition, selected students from the International Business Administration and International Business programs at UDES, USTA, UNAB, and UPB universities have been chosen. This experience is framed within the 70-20-10 learning methodology, where 70% of learning comes from direct practice and solving real-life situations; 20% is strengthened through guidance, feedback, and interaction with entrepreneurs and organizers; and 10% corresponds to prior training and the theoretical preparation provided to the student.
Through this, the "Asesores U" program aims to be a space for experiential learning, enhancing students’ professional competencies through active participation in a real business environment. This participation will be officially certified by the organizers, adding value to the professional profile of each student in the program.
